Final blogs

I will go back to my very first blog when I first started writing blogs. To start they were short and didn't show much of a point. Eventually I learned what people wanted me to do and got better. I still do not write very much but I still try to get the point across. well grad is finally done and over with and i am happy to say I no longer have to do that again. I had a good weekend catching up with family and old friends. The grad dinner was nice but I needed a coat or a heater.

Portfolio

I finished my portfolio today and got it approved from Mr Cole. I am really glad to know that I will be graduating. I worked hard last week getting the finishing touchs.

Can. Lit.

I did my Can. lit. project on canadian author Donald Jack. I worked really hard finishing it up friday morning to hand it in. I have read 3 of donald jacks novels and almost finished the fourth.

Grad

Grad is only one week away from now then I am offically graduated. I am already excited not to have to go to this school another year. This week I finished my portfolio and am waiting for it to be approved.

May Ball Week end

May Ball is here its time to get drunk at last. My family members from Vancouver are coming up camping at pare lake . It should be a very good weekend and I will have a lot of fun.

Indiana Jones

The New Indiana Jones move is the best. This movie lives up to it's expectations as the greatest one yet. There was very many people in the theatre in Kamloops to watch it. The movie was not only intresting it was also funny.

PE.

Today in PE. carena the police officer will be playing tackle rugby with us. She will be showing us how to tackle propally. She play on a national rugby team at one time.

Grad Trip

I had a good time on the grad trip last week, we had a a really good time. The first night we stayed up all night, and went hottubing in the morning. after the hot tub we went to paint ball.

English Exam

Today in english class we had a poetry exam. I believe that I did a good job on my exam atleast I hope I did. I also did a good job on my school wide write which was a surprise.

CFSC

This Saturday I will be taking part in the Canadian Firearms Safety Course. It starts at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00pm. I am very happy to be taking this course so I will be able to buy or inherit fire arms.

Poems

Today in english class I had to try to find a poem from the 1800's. After this we have to try to link it to a modern song. I found alot of songs but none that I was able to link to a song. This turned out to be very hard.

English

I got my english mark today and am quite happy to be passing. I will be ale to go on my grad trip so I am quite pleased that all my hardwork payed off. I am not really sure what to do for my canadian literature project. But I have been reading my second book "Thats Me In The Middle" By Donald Jack. I hope to be done and started anew book by the next two weeks.

First week

This was a ok week back but now I am one week closer to leaving. I also got my grad pictures taken in hundred mile on wednesday on the way to the doctor. Now I have to go home and do english homework.

Spring break

Spring break was better then I thought it was going to be. I didn't get as many days as as I wanted to work in. But it was still better than being here. I am looking forward to going down in the summer it should be fun.

Class pictures

Today we took class pictures in writing class. I believe my picture will turn out ok. I will have the grade 8s move a 300lb barbell, or have them try.

Weekend ahead

The week is almost finished at last and their is only one more week till spring break. The week went by faster than usual, and I acomplished a lot this week. The grad bingo was last night and it went very well I believe.

School

Today in school was really borring just as allways. I also have to go home and and coook dinner. Mrs. Mann was not in spare and this ism all I was doing. I almost finished my year book pages in writing.

Friday

Good thing it is finally Friday once more the week is almost done. Only Two More Weeks till spring break and I can leave to work Good thing I am almost out of money. The week went OK I got allot accomplished in English during my spare block. Pretty soon I can leave this town forever and don't have to put with anyone I do not want to. This should be a pretty good weekend I don't have very much home work to do. Just a few things to redo which won't be to bad. My cousin is coming up so I can visit him when he shows up.

Grad meeting

There is a grad meeting tonight at the high school to discuss what we are doing for the grad dinner. It should be quite intresting to see whether any thing actually comes out of the grad meeting if anything. I have been selling tickets for the raffles all week and hope to finish selling them all by next month. I will sell them over spring break while I am working. The money for the grad trip is due friday and I hope to get some. The grad trip is to vancouver which sounds quite borring but it might be ok.

Spring Break.....

Spring break is only a little while away, then I can make some money. I will be working from the 14th to the 30th. I will be really glad to get out of clinton for while, it will be fun. Working is much funner then school . The only thing is I hope it isn't, snowing acause I hate the snow in Langley.

"The lottery"

This was a really boring and stupid short story. It was about a town lottery and took forever to get to where some thing happened.

Essays

I finaly finished my essay for english. and i finally understood what the story. Mr Agar also proof read for me and gave me a few pointers. Which really helped me to tie my conclusion together.

writing

Today in writing the Grade 8's handed in some more surveys. I got most of the random pictures attempted, and that page is coming along.

Valentines Dance

The valentines dance seemed like it had an ok turn out. A lot of people showed up later in to the night. We had an ok time and hopefully we made some money.

first week back

The first week back after exams went ok. I am looking forward to pe for the rest of the year. I am also glad to be finishe dwith my biology exam.

Today in the shop 7/8 class I supervised the class in a year end clean up. I also helped the some finish painting thier tables. Then the students went to the home ec class room to make pizza.

Today in the shop 7/8 class i helped morgan frowd put her table bottom together. I also helped nadine put her table frame together. I also helped morgan walch finish his table.

Today in the shop 7/8 class I got students to fasten thier projects together. Thier were quite ba few students doing this today. So I showed them how to use a nail gun safely. Some of the students were scared of the nail gun, so they needed more help then others.

Today in the shop 7/8 class Igot mehgan, and cayleana glue thier projects. Then we had to nail thier projects with a brad nailer, and put in corner pieces.

Today in the shop 7/8 class I kept every one going along on thier jobs. I showed tynisha how to make a simple push stick so the people on the edge jointer, and band saw didn't cut thier fingers off. We then cleaned the sawdust arrester vent for the planer.

Today in the shop 7/8 class I did demonstrations on the power tools. Than I got some of the students to bring lumber in that was ripped on the table saw. Some of the lumber was then ripped on the band saw by serena, and charlie after i set up the jig. Itaught tyrell and christopher how to use the planer.
